Mr. Maselli is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Perfect Power LLC. Prior to that, Mr. Maselli was CEO of Micro Grid Networks, and Sr. Vice President of Development and Strategy at Vistra Energy. The parent company of Luminant, TXU, Dynegy, Crius Energy, Ambit Energy, headquartered in Irving Texas. In this role he developed, constructed and built over 8.3 GWs of renewable projects, such as Solar, Energy Storage and Wind projects. He also supported the Strategy, M&A and expansion of assets critical to Vistra’s business model. In this regard he assisted in over $20 billion in M&A activities, and expansion projects.

Douglas Sherman is a financial executive who has been involved within the energy industry for the past 25 years as a lender and more recently as a commodity markets professional. At Freepoint Commodities, a physical-commodity merchant, based in Stamford, CT, Doug originated structured financings across all commodities including oil, natural gas and power. Prior to Freepoint, Doug spent 6 years at Deutsche Bank serving as a Director within a CLO-backed lending team and as a member of the commodities team.

Robert Cleland is the VP of EPC and has over twenty years of experience in development and construction of power plants. Robert is responsible for the project execution of capital construction projects from development to operations.

Prior to Perfect Power, Robert worked as the VP of EPC at Elevate, a renewable developer, and as Senior Director of Development and Construction at Vistra Corp where he was responsible for construction of 1.4GW of renewable projects.

Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA from Texas A&M University.
