Mr. Maselli is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Perfect Power LLC, and Micro Grid Ne tworks. Prior to that, Mr. Maselli Sr. Vice President of Development and Strategy at Vistra Energy. The parent company of Luminant, TXU, Dynegy, Crius Energy, Ambit Energy, headquartered in Irving Texas. In this role he developed, constructed and built over 8.3 GWs of renewable projects, such as Solar, Energy Storage and Wind projects. He also supported the Strategy, M&A and expansion of assets critical to Vistra’s business model. In this regard he assisted in over $20 billion in M&A activities, and expansion projects.

Douglas Sherman is a financial executive who has been involved within the energy industry for the past 25 years as a lender and more recently as a commodity markets professional. At Freepoint Commodities, a physical-commodity merchant, based in Stamford, CT, Doug originated structured financings across all commodities including oil, natural gas and power. Prior to Freepoint, Doug spent 6 years at Deutsche Bank serving as a Director within a CLO-backed lending team and as a member of the commodities team.

Philippe Habib is the Chief Financial Officer at Perfect Power and brings over 20 years of experience in financial management and leadership. Philippe oversees all aspects of Perfect Power’s financial operations, including financing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax, compliance, and governance. Philippe has a strong background in private equity and project finance, having worked with various companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Philippe previously served as CFO of Astoria Energy and Astoria Energy II, two of the largest and most efficient Independent Power Producers in New York City.

Philippe holds a Bachelors in Accountancy from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) and is a Certified Public Accountant (Canada) specialized in management.

Derek Smith is the Managing Director and GM of the Jaguar Project in Waco, Texas. He brings 20 years of experience in global M&A, private equity, energy, and infrastructure, leading transactions and investments in North America and Europe.

Derek is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of Acadia University (BBA, Computer Science).

Robert Cleland is the VP of EPC and has over twenty years of experience in development and construction of power plants. Robert is responsible for the project execution of capital construction projects from development to operations.

Prior to Perfect Power, Robert worked as the VP of EPC at Elevate, a renewable developer, and as Senior Director of Development and Construction at Vistra Corp where he was responsible for construction of 1.4GW of renewable projects.

Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA from Texas A&M University.
