Douglas Sherman is a financial executive who has been involved
within the energy industry for the past 25 years as a lender
and more recently as a commodity markets professional. At
Freepoint Commodities, a physical-commodity merchant, based in
Stamford, CT, Doug originated structured financings across all
commodities including oil, natural gas and power.
Prior to Freepoint, Doug spent 6 years at Deutsche Bank
serving as a Director within a CLO-backed lending team and as
a member of the commodities team.
