    July 2024 - Perfect Power LLC (“Perfect Power”) announces the groundbreaking of its 300-megawatt (MW) energy storage system with a 680-megawatt hour (MWh) capacity. Located in Waco, Texas, this transformative renewable energy storage initiative aims to redefine grid stability and sustainability in the region. The system includes 92 Hithium HC 4.179 MWh containers, 46 Power Electronics FP4200M2 PCSs, and 6 MV circuits bifurcated on 3 MV breakers. The substation features 2 MPTs and 8 MV feeders. The energy storage system will be connected to the grid and follow dispatches issued by ERCOT, with delivery to SCADA for monitoring and control. This initiative integrates cutting-edge technology and sustainable energy solutions, contributing to a greener, more reliable grid.
