Anthony Maselli, P.E.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Maselli is currently the Chief Operating Officer for
Perfect Power LLC, and Micro Grid Networks. Prior to that, Mr.
Maselli Sr. Vice President of Development and Strategy at
Vistra Energy. The parent company of Luminant, TXU, Dynegy,
Crius Energy, Ambit Energy, headquartered in Irving Texas.
In this role he developed, constructed and built over 8.3 GWs
of renewable projects, such as Solar, Energy Storage and Wind
projects. He also supported the Strategy,
M&A and expansion of assets critical to Vistra’s business
model. In this regard he assisted in over $20 billion in M&A
activities, and expansion projects. Prior to Vistra Energy, he
was the Managing Director of Project Development for Con Ed
Development. In this role he has been involved in the
renewable energy development of over 1 GW of solar and wind
projects.
