Robert Cleland
V.P. of Construction and Engineering
Robert Cleland is the VP of EPC and has over twenty years of
experience in development and construction of power plants.
Robert is responsible for the project execution of capital
construction projects from development to operations.
Prior to Perfect Power, Robert worked as the VP of EPC at
Elevate, a renewable developer, and as Senior Director of
Development and Construction at Vistra Corp where he was
responsible for construction of 1.4GW of renewable
projects.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA from Texas
A&M University.
