Sebastian Sheng is the VP of Finance at MGN and has over 10
years of experience in sourcing, advising, and executing on
financing, underwriting, M&A and principal investments for the
energy, infrastructure and renewables sectors.
During his most recent role at Guggenheim Partners prior to
MGN, an elite boutique investment bank based in NYC, Sebastian
originated and executed structured financings, M&A and
restructuring transactions across the entire renewables value
chain from solar, wind, storage to advanced nuclear and
biomass in addition to traditional power & utilities sectors.
